Planning Your Event:

Katherine has a wealth of experience in event management, and is happy to offer any advice when thinking about arranging your special evening celebration.  Katherine has a friendly and flexible approach, therefore any of her performances can be made to fit in with your evening’s plans, and any requests for songs are welcomed and discussed in plenty of time before your big day!
 
What to Expect:
*  Katherine has her own music system, so if you are considering not having a DJ, music can be provided, for example, before the first performance, whilst the meal is being served, and even after the last performance.

*  Only 30 minutes is needed to set the musical equipment up, this includes the sound check, so you can liaise with your wedding planner to agree a time for access to the function suite.

*  Have you thought about having a ‘first dance’, and would you like Katherine to perform this for you?

*  Rest assured, all musical equipment is PAT tested (usually required by the venue), and Katherine has full Public Liability Insurance.
 
Katherine can perform one, two or even 3 sets during your evening celebration, but if you’re unsure of how to time the evening’s arrangements, a typical programme is as follows:

Quiet background music whilst guests arrive, the bride and groom greet the guests and guests begin to mingle.

8.30pm            First dance followed by Katherine’s first performance.
9.15pm            Buffet.  Music can be played during this.
10.15pm          Katherine’s second performance.
11.05pm          Dance music played.
Midnight         Close.
